Hung Kam Pui - 8th Generation GrandMaster

At the age of 8 Hung Kum Pui began studying Hung Fut Pai in the country side of China with his father's elder brother Hung Keung Saang. Hung Keung Saang was one of the seventh generation students of Bok Mo Jun.

At the age of 14 Hung Kam Pui moved to Hong Kong and started to study from Hung Yiu Jung the 3ed son of Bak Mo. His skills improved greatly over the years. He became famous for his use of the "The Crazy Devil Staff" (Foon Mon Quan) and the "Four Great Afflictions " (Say Di Bay

He spent many years learning the complete Hung Fut Pai Kung Fu system. He also enjoyed sparring with his classmates and friends from the martial arts world. They were all impressed by his prowess, speed and power. Over time he became well known for his ability to utilize the fighting ways of Hung Fut Pai. His friends used to say that besides his good kung fu skills and speed, he also had the air of a vicious tiger. They gave him the nick name of "Tiger-boy".

He opened his first Hung Fut Pai Kung Fu school in 1967 and have been teaching Hung Fut Pai ever since that time. In 1975 he opened his first annex branch in Holland. In 1996 he started teaching members of the New York Hung Fut Pai Association. He has been a leader in expanding Hung Fut Pai around the world.

In 1984 Hung Kam Pui simultaneously broke two world records. He delivered two hundred and thirty-eight 8" punches in less then a minute, each punch had 280 lbs. of force.

Today Grandmaster Hung Kam Pui is a leading member of the Hung Fut Pai Chinese Kung Fu Association. In addition to promoting Hung Fut Pai Kung Fu, he and his wife run a Dit Da herbal clinic.
